What PulseForce does

PulseForce is a workforce and payroll management platform for labour contractors and other operations-heavy businesses in India. Employers use it to record daily attendance and hours for workers across multiple sites, calculate monthly wages including overtime, advances, and deductions, manage statutory contributions such as ESI and PF, maintain the registers that labour law requires, and raise invoices to their own clients from the same records. It is used by the employer's office and supervisory staff; the people whose work it records are the employer's own workers.

The product is operated by SouthIndus Labs Private Limited and is available at onpulseforce.com.

Worker notifications on WhatsApp

On behalf of the employers who use PulseForce, we send workers messages about their own attendance, wages, and payslips on WhatsApp, at the mobile number the worker gave their employer. Messages are sent only to workers who have given written consent to receive them. A worker can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, and there is no charge to the worker for receiving them.
