We don’t specifically mention the figures but say that development cost depends on a lot of factors. We have a fixed work policy as we consider all our employees equal. Though, we are open to modify it depending on the situation, we expect you to honour your word and stay loyal to the firm. For details, you can send an email at with your queries.

We love to see our family members grow and readily support transition in their career. As much as we respect our employees urgency to make a switch, we seek time to pacify the requirement and hence, require you to serve a notice period of no more than 2 months.

We don’t want you to spend late night hours or weekends. We are not time-driven but task-driven. All we want from you is commitment, stay loyal to your work and the team. IN SIL, you don’t work for us but you work with us.

Though we don’t stop our employees from making a switch instantly, but we too have to answer our clients. Leaving out on an ongoing project might disrupt the development phase and hence, we would appreciate if you could hand over once everything is sorted.
